When Iago Bitarishvili approached me, I thought he would ask me to design a wine label, since I knew his name from the wine industry. Instead, he asked to design a natural beer label.
He told me the story of his grandmother - Aneta, who would brew a natural beer and ask little Iago for help, passing on the family recipe to her grandson.
“I still remember her wrinkled, almost man-like hands” - said Iago at some point. I knew right then what would be on the label.
Thanks to Tiko Sanikidze, a New York-based Georgian artist for his amazing artwork of Aneta’s hands.
